2月17日上午,蘇州金龍工會開展2022年度述職評比活動。公司各分工會主席分別對年度重點工作進行了總結,并對新年度工作舉措進行規劃;同時,進行年度先進分工會、優秀工會工作者等評比。公司黨委委員、工會主席張莉建指出,公司工會組織和工會干部要用“四解”精神服務職工,托起大家穩穩的幸福。公司工會委員和分工會主席20多人參加活動。
  
  張莉建在(zai)述職(zhi)(zhi)點評時針對分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出要(yao)(yao)求:生產系(xi)統各分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會要(yao)(yao)結合產業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)建設隊伍改革,做好(hao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)培訓培養,瓶頸工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)要(yao)(yao)更關注技(ji)能(neng)(neng)傳承,用(yong)好(hao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大(da)師工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室,在(zai)降本增效中(zhong)發揮(hui)更大(da)作(zuo)用(yong);營(ying)銷系(xi)統分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會要(yao)(yao)加大(da)駐外人(ren)(ren)員關愛(ai),及時傳達公(gong)司信息(xi),傳遞(di)企業大(da)家庭的(de)溫暖;技(ji)術(shu)分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會要(yao)(yao)多開展(zhan)類似(si)“游園會”活(huo)動,助(zhu)力做好(hao)關愛(ai)留人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);職(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)部(bu)門分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會要(yao)(yao)充分(fen)利用(yong)資源優(you)勢(shi),加強共(gong)享,統籌(chou)兼顧(gu),發揮(hui)牽(qian)頭作(zuo)用(yong)。
  
  在總(zong)結(jie)年(nian)(nian)度重點(dian)工(gong)作時(shi),張莉建指出,2022年(nian)(nian)以來(lai),公(gong)司員工(gong)累(lei)計(ji)參加(jia)抗疫志(zhi)愿服(fu)(fu)務1000多(duo)人(ren)次,累(lei)計(ji)5300余小時(shi),為蘇(su)州(zhou)國(guo)企(qi)前列;客戶(hu)服(fu)(fu)務部(bu)(bu)員工(gong)喬(qiao)斐獲評江蘇(su)省(sheng)“特級技師”榮譽,成為一(yi)線技能員工(gong)的典(dian)范;新建程方(fang)斌智(zhi)芯驅動(dong)(dong)大師工(gong)作室,建立了一(yi)支(zhi)專業化新能源驅動(dong)(dong)系統(tong)研究團隊(dui);工(gong)會(hui)豐富服(fu)(fu)務內(nei)容(rong),開展法律咨詢服(fu)(fu)務,創(chuang)新服(fu)(fu)務方(fang)式,開展女職工(gong)康(kang)乃馨服(fu)(fu)務;組(zu)織工(gong)會(hui)干部(bu)(bu)參加(jia)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系協(xie)調員資格培訓,20多(duo)人(ren)獲得國(guo)家勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系協(xie)調員四(si)級證(zheng)書。
  張莉建(jian)在部署2023年工作時強(qiang)調:一(yi)要(yao)貫徹落實習總(zong)書記以(yi)人民為中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)思想(xiang),堅持(chi)以(yi)職工為中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)工作導向,認真履行維權服(fu)務基本職責,全(quan)力支持(chi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)經濟發(fa)展(zhan)大(da)局;二要(yao)做好(hao)公司第(di)五(wu)屆工會換屆選(xuan)舉工作,鍛造高素質專(zhuan)兼工會干(gan)部隊(dui)伍,把工會組織建(jian)設得更加(jia)充(chong)滿(man)活(huo)力;三要(yao)以(yi)一(yi)站式服(fu)務中(zhong)(zhong)心為依托(tuo),深入創建(jian)“幸福企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)”,開展(zhan)一(yi)線艱苦崗位、優秀員(yuan)工的(de)療休養活(huo)動,提(ti)高人均活(huo)動經費和退休員(yuan)工慰問(wen)金(品)標準,形成“幸福企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)”特色品牌;四(si)是(shi)完(wan)善(shan)和建(jian)立(li)民主(zhu)管(guan)理相關規(gui)章制(zhi)度,為企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)民主(zhu)管(guan)理、民主(zhu)協(xie)商提(ti)質增效。
  
  張莉建要(yao)求,各工(gong)(gong)會組織和干部要(yao)強化(hua)走出(chu)去了解、沉(chen)下(xia)去理解、員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)難處(chu)緩解、相(xiang)關矛盾化(hua)解,用“四(si)解”精(jing)神(shen)服務職工(gong)(gong),提升職工(gong)(gong)的(de)獲得感(gan)(gan)、幸福感(gan)(gan)、安(an)全感(gan)(gan),調(diao)動大家(jia)的(de)積極性、主動性、創造(zao)性,托起職工(gong)(gong)穩穩的(de)幸福,為助力完成公司2023年(nian)各項目標而(er)不(bu)懈奮斗(dou)。
