根(gen)據2021年(nian)度生產(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理部績效指標(biao)(biao),由生產(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理部精(jing)益改善處牽頭各產(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)分解細化(hua)目(mu)標(biao)(biao);針對(dui)各產(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)特性,聚焦痛點,專項改善;明確雙方擔(dan)當人(ren)(ren)員及對(dui)接人(ren)(ren)員,按時輸出(chu)周度、月度評(ping)價記錄;現場推(tui)進(jin)專員對(dui)所(suo)負責產(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)的工作(zuo)績效成果負責,由產(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)主管(guan)(guan)與現場推(tui)進(jin)專員共同推(tui)進(jin)管(guan)(guan)理項目(mu)落地實(shi)施及達標(biao)(biao)管(guan)(guan)理。
